Transcripts and Enrollment Verification Documents

The UCI Central Registrar’s office announced that as of mid-November 2020 official electronic transcripts are now available to students and alumni.  Law students may now order official electronic or paper transcripts via the Parchment storefronts.

  • Electronic transcript orders submitted by 3pm on a processing day will be delivered that same business day.  Transcripts are processed/sent out during normal UCI business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Students not needing the expedited processing times offered by Parchment may still submit the transcript request form to registrar@law.uci.edu
  • The UCI Central Registrar's Office will not have the options to hold for grades or hold for degrees on Parchment so requests will have to be made after grades/degrees are posted.
  • There will be two Parchment storefronts, one to handle the doc fee billed JD program students and another to handle the pay-per-service students, which would be the LLM students and visiting law students.
  • JD students should access this storefront: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/35336/account.
  • LLM and visiting students should access this storefront: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/36576809/account.  Only students ordering from the SS storefront will get charged $17 per transcript.
  • There will be a $2.75 charge PER transcript, not per order in each storefront.  Credit card payments are accepted  by Parchment.
  • More details can be found on the Central Registrar Office transcript information page here: https://www.reg.uci.edu/services/transcripts/

Official Law School transcripts may still be ordered through the Law School Registrar's Office without fee; however, fees for Domestic and International Express delivery still apply and faxing is still not available. The express delivery fee is $25. Transcript request forms that are submitted to the Law Registrar's Office by email are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (not including holidays).

To submit a request for a free paper Law School transcript via email: Download and fill out this form and then email to registrar@law.uci.edu.

To request an unofficial transcript: Download and fill out this form and email the form to registrar@law.uci.edu. If you need additional information about how to obtain an unofficial transcript, please visit the University Registrar website.

Note: Please be sure all financial holds have been cleared before ordering transcripts. A list of holds includes medical charges, late library fees, late Zotbill charges, etc. Students with a financial hold placed on their record cannot submit payments for official transcripts and will be denied release of official transcripts until the outstanding financial obligations have been resolved, nor will diplomas be issued.

Holds are automatically removed once balance is paid in full. Log in to your secure
ZotAccount to view holds.
