Tiffane King wins scholarship for dedication to helping others with disabilities
Tiffane King is a First Prize winner of the Charter One TruFit Good Citizen Scholarship for $2,500. The scholarship, launched in 2011, awards college students whose volunteer efforts have made a difference in their communities. This year, the bank received 3,000 entries from students who shared their compelling stories about the ways they give back to their communities. It is awarding 40 scholarships to students across the country.
King has mentored, encouraged and supported patients who sustained life-altering injuries through rehabilitation and recovery.
