Travel Information

• UCI Nightly Rate: $155 plus $10 resort fee per room, per night, and applicable taxes. This reduced room rate includes:
  • Unlimited business internet access in guest rooms, unlimited fitness center access, unlimited business center use, beach kit rental, bicycle, a round of golf, in-room bottled water (2 per day), outdoor games including water feature at Oasis Pool, food and beverage discounts at SHOR restaurant and The Lobby Lounge, bottomless kids souvenir cup, incoming/outgoing fax, and complimentary shuttle service to John Wayne Airport, Fashion Island and Balboa Island and reduced resort fee of $10 per room per day (normally $23). Congress participants will have reduced overnight parking.

Getting to Irvine

Participants may choose to fly into the Orange County Airport (SNA-Airport Code) or the Los Angeles Airport (LAX). The Orange County Airport is 15 minutes away from campus. Many hotels offer free shuttle rides to and from the airport and hotel. The Los Angeles Airport is very convenient for international travelers. Please note the Los Angeles Airport is about 42 miles from Irvine.
