Meet Myles:

I’m Myles Maxie, a 3L at UC Irvine School of Law, and I’m honored to serve as an Admissions Ambassador. When I was applying to law schools, I knew how important it was to hear directly from students about their experiences.

Candidly, as a Black student, I recognize the value of having honest conversations about the realities of navigating law school and the legal profession. Choosing the right environment isn’t just about academics; it’s also about community, support, and representation. My goal as an Ambassador is to be a resource for those who want to understand the lived experience of Black students at UC Irvine Law, ranging from the opportunities, the challenges, and everything in between.

Law school is a big decision, and it’s also an exciting one. UC Irvine Law has given me the chance to grow academically, explore my passions, and connect with incredible people along the way. If you have questions about classes, student life, or finding your own path here, please reach out. I’d be happy to share my experience and help you navigate the process. Best of luck on your law school journey!
