Meet Zachary:
Hi, I’m Zachary Ho, a first-year law student at UC Irvine Law. I’m originally from Arcadia, California, and came straight to UC Irvine Law after earning my B.A. in Political Science at the University of Southern California, where I minored in Business Law and specialized in Computer & Digital Forensics. While at USC, I worked full time in the Public Affairs Department at The Walt Disney Company for about a year and a half, helping organize food drives, toy drives, and other community engagement initiatives supporting low-income neighborhoods. Through these projects, I saw firsthand how legal tools and advocacy can create tangible, positive change in people’s lives.

At UC Irvine Law, I’ve continued my commitment to community-centered work through pro bono projects with Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles and the Elder Law and Disability Rights Center. This past summer, I interned with Paramount’s Production Risk Team and was offered an extension to continue with the team in a part-time capacity this fall, allowing me to further explore the entertainment industry while deepening my legal experience.

As the first lawyer in my family, I understand how daunting and unfamiliar the path to law can be. I’m always happy to help guide and support those looking to navigate this journey and explore how a law degree can open doors to meaningful work.
