Meet Ryan:

I had no idea what I was in store for prior to coming to UC Irvine Law. Friends in law school had told me stories of hyper-competitive environments, having no free time, and many sleepless nights reading and studying. Fortunately, this has been far from my experience.

While I was worried, everyone at UC Irvine Law has been incredibly kind, supportive, and positive to be around. From going out in Newport to playing board games late at night, I have made lifelong friends with many of my classmates and built a network of people that are there for me both inside and outside of the classroom. I think it is this community that sets UC Irvine Law apart from many other schools in my eyes, as the people surrounding you will have a direct impact on the opportunities available in the future. In addition, the professors have been nothing short of incredible, with each one willing to take their own time to help students out and seeming genuinely invested in our growth as lawyers.

The entire law school process, from application to commencement, is incredibly daunting, but being in a supportive environment like this one makes all the difference when it feels like the pressure is only increasing. I am happy to serve as a resource to answer any questions potential students may have about UC Irvine, Orange County, or anything law school related to help make this process a little bit easier.
