Meet Stephanie:
Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am a proud SoCal native and first-generation law student at UC Irvine Law. I always knew I wanted to pursue a legal career, and being here has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.
Since starting at UC Irvine Law, I have been actively involved in student organizations such as If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, where I serve as a Co-Chair, the Business Law Society, and the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association. My participation in pro bono work at the Saturday Academy of Law has been especially meaningful, allowing me to engage with the community and gain hands-on experience teaching others about the law. After spending this summer as a law clerk at a firm in Newport Beach, I am particularly interested in commercial litigation.
Beyond academics, I love reading fiction books (yes, I’m on BookTok!), cooking authentic Lebanese cuisine, and unwinding at the beach after class.
I knew UC Irvine Law was the right place for me from the moment I interacted with the students and faculty, who made me feel welcomed and supported. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I am incredibly grateful for the friendships I’ve built. I look forward to giving back by helping prospective students feel just as at home at UC Irvine Law as I do.
