UCI Law Video: Long US-China Institute Distinguished Lecture by Jerome Cohen

Professor Jerome A. Cohen of New York University presented the 2015 John S. and Marilyn Long Institute Distinguished Lecture, serving as the senior American expert on Chinese Law and East Asian Law. In his talk, “Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law at Home and In the World,” he shared his thoughts on the development of law in China, discussing implications both for domestic as well as international context.
