Chancellor’s Professor of Law Gregory Shaffer was recently invited to give a keynote address on the processes of transnational legal ordering at the Law and Society Conference in Santiago, Chile. He also gave a presentation, titled “The Future of Trade Law: Emerging Powers and the World Trading System,” at the Centro de Estudios Internacionales de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he discussed his new book on emerging powers and the world trading system.
