Profs. Camacho and Loftus are named among the top 50 most cited scholars in non-law journals.

UCI Law is ranked No. 5 in “interdisciplinary scholarly impact,” according to a new report* ranking law professors and law faculties based on citations in non-law journals. Faculty members from Vanderbilt University Law School, J.B. Ruhl, Michael P. Vandenbergh, and Sarah Dunaway, extended the method used in the Leiter-Sisk “Scholarly Impact Score" to calculate an “Interdisciplinary Scholarly Impact Score.” 

UCI Law Profs. Elizabeth Loftus and Prof. Alejandro Camacho are named among the top 50 most cited interdisciplinary scholars. UCI Law’s top five most cited faculty included in the report are Prof. Loftus, Prof. Camacho, Prof. Ken Simons, Prof. Joe DiMento, and Prof. Bryant Garth.
