Prof. Burk to Give Lecture on Intersection of Markets, Algorithms and Legal Decision Making

Chancellor’s Professor of Law Dan Burk will present “Market Discipline and the Algorithmic Rule of Law,” at the University of Hamburg on Nov. 14, 2019. An internationally prominent authority on issues related to high technology, Prof. Burk will examine the intersection of markets, algorithms and legal decision-making. This fall, Prof. Burk also will serve as Senior Research Fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research where he will join the study section on Governance and Norm Setting.
