Background:

Linda Schilling is the Managing Partner of Schilling Law Group, PC, a law firm specializing in complex commercial and business litigation. Prior to starting Schilling Law Group, Ms. Schilling was a senior litigation partner at Latham & Watkins LLP. At Latham & Watkins, Ms. Schilling was the Global Chairperson of the Firm's Mentoring Committee, and also served on the Associates and Pro Bono Committees. Throughout her career, Ms. Schilling has provided pro bono legal assistance to low income individuals and nonprofits, including a I 0-year prosecution of a federal habeas corpus  action on behalf of a California death row inmate, defending independent documentary film producers against allegations of trademark and copyright infringement and representing dozens of clients of The Public Law Center, the Family Violence Center, Human Options and other domestic violence shelters in Orange County. Ms. Schilling is a graduate of the King Hall School of Law at the University of California Davis where she served on the Moot Court Board. Following graduation, Ms. Schilling clerked for the Hon. Melvin Brunetti, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
