Jarrett Green, Esq., M.A., Psychology, is a well-being, stress resiliency, and peak performance consultant to law firms, legal organizations, and corporate legal departments. After beginning his career as a commercial litigator for 12 years (first at Skadden Arps and then in opening his own boutique litigation firm), Jarrett left the practice of law so he could live his passion of helping lawyers, legal professionals, and law students experience less stress and strife, greater happiness and emotional well-being, enhanced cognitive performance, optimized engagement and productivity, improved communication and relationships, and increased overall success in career, and life.

Jarrett received his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, and received his M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University, where he focused on neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive- behavioral psychology. He holds Certifications in Executive Coaching, Mindfulness, and Stress Management.  Jarrett was a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law from 2018-2021, where he co-founded and co-taught the nationally-recognized Mindfulness, Stress Management and Peak Performance Program, which was commended by the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being in its seminal report. He regularly lectures at law schools throughout the country.

Jarrett is a well-being and resiliency consultant to nearly half of the AmLaw 100 firms, including Skadden Arps, Gibson Dunn, Sullivan & Cromwell, Kirkland & Ellis, Sidley Austin, Ropes & Gray, Proskauer Rose, Morrison & Foerster, White & Case, Mayer Brown, Reed Smith, Nixon Peabody, Covington & Burling, Shearman & Sterling, and many others. He also works with the legal departments of many Fortune 500 corporations, such as NBC-Universal, U.S. Bank, Tesla Motors, and Allstate Insurance Company.

Additionally, Jarrett is a regular keynote speaker and presenter to legal industry organizations across the country, such as the Association of Corporate Counsel, National Association of Women Lawyers, National Health Law Program, National Diversity Counsel, Law School Admission Counsel, National Association for Law Placement, National CLE Regulators Association, and many others. Jarrett has a forthcoming book, to be published by West Academic, titled “Happiness and Peak Performance in the Law.”
