Rebecca Heilman, D.Eval., M.A., is a co-founder of Fireside Consulting and a social psychologist by training. She recently completed her Professional Doctorate in Evaluation Practice at Claremont Graduate University. Rebecca has led more than 85 evaluations and needs assessments across behavioral health, public health, and social services.
Her experience includes five years as a Behavioral Health Services Research Analyst at the Orange County Health Care Agency, as well as a recent role leading a data analysis workstream for a statewide California behavioral health initiative spanning more than 450 grantees. Her research on positionality in evaluation practice has been published in the American Journal of Evaluation.
