Colleen Bazdarich is the Racial Justice Act Attorney with the San Bernardino County Public Defender’s Office. In this role, she advises attorneys within the office on Racial Justice Act litigation and handles habeas litigation for incarcerated individuals seeking post-conviction RJA relief in the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court.
Colleen earned her B.A. in English Literature from Stanford University, her M.F.A. from San Francisco State University, and her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.
