Senator Boxer has spearheaded efforts to create more than 3 million jobs in transportation projects nationwide, and has championed public education, afterschool programs in particular. Senator Boxer has also focused her attention on helping severely wounded warriors receive highest quality care in California. Barbara Boxer is a forceful advocate for her California constituents, and a shining example of distinguished public service.
