    Professor Trilby Robinson-Dorn is the Founder and Director of The Pay Equity Project. Professor Robinson-Dorn teaches and researches in the areas of pay and workplace equity, employment law, and diversity and inclusion. She is an experienced employment lawyer and former international law firm partner. Throughout her career, Professor Robinson-Dorn has participated actively in efforts to improve the status of women in the workplace, including as President of King County Washington Women Lawyers, as an ACLU of Washington Board and Executive Committee Member and Cooperating Attorney handling women’s and children’s rights cases, on the K&L Gates Women in the Profession Committee, and in administrative leadership roles at UCI Law. Professor Robinson-Dorn currently co-chairs Equal Pay Today’s national Research, Litigation, and Enforcement Committee. She is passionate about fighting for gender pay equity.
