Professor Ha-Yurl Kim, a constitutional law professor and visiting scholar from Korea University Law School, spoke “On the Presidential Impeachment in Korea and the Democracy-Backed Rule of Law.” Professor Kim gave an overview of the legal context that led to the trial and discussed the possible future impact of the impeachment. This was the first in a series of talks where Korea Law Center invites its visiting scholars to discuss their current research and insights.
