The UCI Law Korea Law Center and Center on Globalization, Law, and Society (GLAS) welcome Dr. Eun Young (EY) Park, Vice President of the London Court of International Arbitration, to discuss the "Challenges, Pitfalls, and Strategies in International Arbitration." Dr. Park concentrates his practice on international arbitration proceedings under the rules of renowned arbitral institutions and sits as an arbitrator in international arbitration cases.

About Dr. EY Park

Dr. EY Park currently serves as the Vice President of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and is the co-head of the International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Group at Kim & Chang.

Dr. Park has been a member of the Board and Court of Arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) and an Executive Member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center. He was also Vice Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and the inaugural Co-Chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group, and has been a member of the IBA Subcommittee for Revision of Rules on Conflicts of Interest. Dr. Park has served as a judge in the Seoul District Court and teaches at law schools in South Korea.
