Meet Estrella:
I was born and raised in the Central Valley, and I am a first-generation college graduate and law student. I am a proud double Anteater, so I am happy to share my experiences and answer any questions about UC Irvine Law and living in Orange County. I understand choosing a law school is such an important (and often stressful) decision. I chose to attend UC Irvine Law because I appreciated the school’s focus on interdisciplinary learning, practical training, and pro bono work.
While navigating law school, I have received incredible support from my peers, professors, and mentors. This campus is such an inclusive space that fosters an engaging classroom environment. There are also a variety of welcoming student organizations that make you feel right at home. Personally, I am passionate about responsible environmental development and building safe and healthy communities! I have had so many opportunities to support underserved communities during my time at UC Irvine Law, thanks to the quality education I have received.
Beyond law school, I enjoy playing tennis or pickleball on the weekends. To unwind, I make earrings using modeling clay, read books, visit new coffee shops, and host movie nights.
