UCI Law Professor Richard Hasen Named in Top 50 Most Downloaded Law Professors of 2021 by SSRN
University of California, Irvine School of Law is pleased to announce Chancellor’s Professor of Law and Political Science Richard Hasen was listed as No. 27 most downloaded U.S. Law Professor of 2021 by SSRN (TaxProf Blog).
Prof. Hasen, a nationally recognized expert in election law and campaign finance regulation, writes in the areas of legislation and statutory interpretation, remedies, and torts. He is the co-director of Fair Elections and Free Speech Center at UCI Law, a center dedicated to advancing an understanding of, and offering means to counter, threats to the stability and legitimacy of democratic governments exacerbated by the unregulated growth of digital media and other technological changes in mass communication.
