David Min Joins UCI Law Faculty

New faculty member David Min comes to UCI Law from the world of public policy, The Center for American Progress, a think tank where he oversaw a group of mortgage market experts. Regularly quoted in the media, Min is a nationally recognized expert in financial markets law and policy, including U.S. and international banking, capital markets and mortgage finance. This semester, he teaches a course in banking law and policy. He has also been a senior policy advisor and counsel for the Joint Economic Committee of Congress, Banking Committee counsel for U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), an associate in the Securities Litigation practice group at WilmerHale LLP, and a staff attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
