Crystal Dingler received her BA and Masters in English from the University of Washington where she worked as a program manager for the Cloud and Aerosol Research Group. From the CAR group, she transferred to the UW’s emerging Technology Transfer program. She worked later developing contracts and agreements for instruments and avionics at Sundstrand Data Control (purchased by Allied Signal and later Honeywell). Crystal received her JD from Seattle University in 1997 and entered private practice. For the past 7 years, she has been the full-time Mayor of the City of Ocean Shores, located on a peninsula on Washington’s Central Coast.
