What made you interested in pursuing dual degrees?

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and one of the reasons I chose UCI was because of its advantageous JD/MBA program. The ability to combine the skills I have learned through my legal education along with what I have learned through the MBA I believe are incredibly complementary and invaluable to my success going forward.

How would you describe your experience as a dual-degree student so far?

It has been a very rewarding and worthwhile experience. I have made great relationships with both students and faculty at the law school as well as the business school. Further, being able to experience the differences between the individualized approach to law school and the team oriented approach to business school has provided me with an incredibly well rounded education and two distinct but also complementary skillsets.

How has the dual-degree program helped you achieve your goals?

By pursuing both degrees, I have developed both a strong legal education foundation and business acumen. I believe I have developed the necessary skills and education to launch a successful career at an early age.
