Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP)

Students for Sensible Drug Policy is an international grassroots organization that mobilizes and empowers people to participate in the political process, pushing for logical solutions to achieve a safer and more just future while fighting back against counterproductive Drug War policies and issues arising out of the current medical and pharmeceutical system. SSDP provides students who are interested in social justice movements or a career related to public policy with an opportunity to participate in campaigns and initiatives, provide outreach to the local community, attend educational conferences and events, and network with professionals in the political and legal arenas.
