Become an Admissions Ambassador: Ready to help mentor the next generation of law school students? Admissions Ambassadors meet with prospective students to answer questions about what law school is like and share their experience from the application process. Whether it's volunteering for a panel, a tour, or a law fair, your expertise as a current law student can make the difference for a prospective one. Please fill out this form by August 5 to apply.
Rising 3Ls: WTO Academy: This is a collaboration between the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and the nationally recognized trial law firm of Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) designed to train outstanding law students entering their final year of law school in real-world skills relevant to the field of complex litigation. The WTO Academy will foster 12 competitively selected WTO Fellows in the development of legal skills and strategic insights relevant to the field of complex litigation. WTO Fellows will (1) participate in a kick-off meeting and several online briefing sessions in fall 2026 and (2) attend a three-day skills-based bootcamp in Denver on January 16-18, 2027. WTO Fellows will receive a cash award of $5,000, and those located outside Denver will receive stipends for travel and lodging. Apply by August 3.
Know Your Rights: Refer to the information in this Know Your Rights guide provided by UCOP for immigrant legal services. Copies have been posted on the student bulletin boards within the Law School and pocket/wallet-sized cards are available for pickup in the Student Affairs and Student Services Suite (MPAA 210). The suite also has red cards available from the Immigrant Legal Resource Center.
