UC Irvine School of Law presents the final round of its 2015-2016 Experian/Jones Day Moot Court Competition. Before a panel of three federal appellate judges, two student finalists will argue a case concerning whether Wisconsin can require that individuals show a photo ID in order to vote. Specifically, the students will argue over whether the Wisconsin law is unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment and whether it violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
