UCI Law offers a variety of mentoring opportunities. It is important to be connected to your fellow classmates and attorneys in the community, so we encourage you to participate in these programs.

Peer Mentoring

Community Fellows

The Community Fellows program was created to assist first-year students with the transition to law school and the culture at UCI Law. During new student orientation, each first-year student is matched up with an upper-class Dean's Fellow that will be a source of support and guidance throughout the first year.

Attorney Mentor Program

Opportunities for mentorship from UCI Law alumni and friends of UCI Law are informally available to all UCI Law students year round. In addition, the school coordinates a speed-mentoring event in the spring open to all 1L students.
