Peter M. Eraca

Peter M. Eraca, who usually goes by Pete, joined UCI Law’s Office of Admissions and Student Financial Services in January 2020 after spending over five years working at Seton Hall Law in Newark, NJ. He earned his BA and MA from Binghamton University (SUNY) before going on to receive his JD, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island where he primarily studied tax, bankruptcy, and corporate law. While in law school he interned in two federal courts and served as a research assistant and teaching assistant for Professor Keeva Terry who specializes in tax law. He is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and practiced with a boutique litigation firm in downtown Providence, RI prior to moving to law school admissions.
