Michele Bratcher Goodwin is a Chancellor’s Professor at the University of California, Irvine and founding director of the Center for Biotechnology and Global Health Policy. Goodwin's expertise includes bioethics, constitutional law, family law, health law, reproductive rights and torts. She is the author of "Policing the Womb: Invisible Women and the Criminalization of Motherhood"
