Gary serves as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel to RSI Holding and RSI Communities.  He is Chair of the Simon Foundation for Education and Housing.

Legal/Education, Gary served as an associate and partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP for over 36 years until his retirement on December 31, 2013. He is the former Chair of the Transactions Department and the former Managing Partner of the Newport Beach office. He practiced corporate, business, and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and financing matters. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Cum Laude and was Editor in Chief of the Law Review.
