He has published numerous articles in Estate Planning Magazine, the Journal of Taxation, Taxes Magazine and Major Tax Planning, and was one of the principal contributors to the probate treatise "Marshall and Garb on Probate."
In the past, Andy has taught estate tax planning courses at UCLA School of Law and USC Law School, and also in the graduate tax programs at Golden Gate University School of Law and University of San Diego Law School. Andy is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School with honors and received his LLM in taxation from the University of San Diego Law School.
