Background:

Sarah Ellenberg has been a criminal defense attorney for 18 years, litigating cases ranging from theft to homicide.  She is currently the educational and disability resource attorney for the juvenile division of the Los Angeles County Alternate Public Defender’s Office, where she provides guidance and assistance to delinquency attorneys in the provision of holistic defense services to kids accused of crimes.  Sarah served on the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission of the California State Bar from 2014-2017.  She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and NYU School of Law.
