  • 1L Reminder: Students can begin submitting applications for summer positions on Friday, December 1st.
  • 2L TranscriptsIf you are a 2L and have not picked up CDO complementary copies of your official transcript, please come by and do so! Transcripts will be shredded after December 5th.  
Opportunities
  • Orange County Bar Association Fall Member Mixer: November 16 (Thursday), 5:30pm-7:30pm, Hotel Irvine. Join the OCBA for an evening of socializing and networking. For more information visit here
  • US-Asia Institute Szymanski Program in China: December 8 Deadline. The US-Asia Institute is seeking six Chinese-speaking US law students to participate in this program that begins on May 20, 2018 and lasts for two weeks. This is an opportunity to meet lawyers, law professors, law students, and government officials, observe government and legal proceedings, and travel. All in-China program costs are covered plus a $2,000 stipend. Interested students should send their resumes (in English) plus a statement of interest (in Chinese) to Matthew Szymanski. Finalists will have a brief Skype interview to evaluate Chinese fluency.

  • 2018 Seattle-Wide Diversity Reception: January 3 (Wednesday), 5:00pm-6:30pm, Seattle, WA. Foster Pepper will host this reception geared toward diverse law students, especially those visiting from out-of-town law schools.   • Meet Davis Wright Tremaine: January 4 (Thursday), 2:00pm-3:00pm, Portland, OR. This reception is an opportunity to meet DWT attorneys and recruiting managers.
