2) Regalia Pick-Up: Regalia will be available for pickup in the Dean's Suite. Brittany Rodriguez will send an email out once we have your regalia ready for pick up. Please pick up your regalia by noon on Thursday, May 8, 2014. You may only pick up your own regalia. Please be prepared to try on your cap and gown upon pickup to ensure all pieces fit properly. You will also be asked to fill out an exit survey with CDO.

3)  On the day of Commencement, graduates should arrive by 8:00 a.m., in full regalia, in front of the Social Science Laboratory building (see on map) to line up for the procession. A class photo will be taken at this time, so please come ready and on time. The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. A light reception will begin immediately after the ceremony. The ceremony will take place in a grassy area some distance from the parking lot. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes.

4) Graduating students who reserved a ticket for the June 14 all-graduate Commencement ceremony should NOT turn in their regalia at the end of the Law School ceremony on May 10.  Regalia should be kept by the student and must be worn on June 14.  Failure to wear regalia on June 14 means the student will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
