Four faculty publish articles in latest UC Irvine Law Review

January 25, 2013

Four faculty members have published articles in the latest edition of the UC Irvine Law Review. Their contributions to Vol. 2: Issue 3 stemmed from the Business Law as Public Interest Law Symposium, organized by Prof. Christopher Leslie, that explored some of the ways business law incorporates the public interest. Prof. Leslie wrote about antitrust law, Prof. Tony Reese about copyright and trademark law, Prof. Bob Solomon about community banking and the importance of local institutions, and Prof. Shauhin Talesh about insurance law. This issue also includes articles from an earlier UCI Law symposium on Law, Race and Socio-Economic Class.
