Background:

Anne Richardson is the Directing Attorney of the Consumer Law Project at Public Counsel in Los Angeles. She specializes in complex consumer and civil rights class actions affecting low income clients.

She previously was a partner with the civil rights firm Hadsell Stormer Richardson & Renick. For over 25 years, she has litigated and been lead appellate counsel on a wide range of civil rights, employment, and constitutional law matters. She received her J.D. with Distinction from Stanford Law School and her B.A. in Philosophy from Swarthmore College.
