Background:

Monica Eav Glicken is the directing attorney of the Immigration Unit of Public Law Center, a 501(c)(3) legal services organization located in Santa Ana, CA. The unit provides direct assistance, as well as technical assistance to community and pro bono partners, in various areas of immigration law, including deportation defense, citizenship and naturalization, and immigration relief for survivors of domestic violence and other crimes.

Monica is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard University. Previously she served as an Attorney Advisor at the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Chicago Immigration Court through the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program, and as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anita B. Brody, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She is admitted to practice in California, including before the United States District Courts of the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
