Background:

Monica Eav Glicken is the principal attorney and owner of the Law Office of Monica Eav Glicken, PC. Her practice focuses on various aspects of immigration law, including deportation defense, family-based immigration, waivers of inadmissibility, and immigration relief for survivors of domestic violence and other crimes.

Monica is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard University. Previously she served as an Attorney Advisor at the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Chicago Immigration Court through the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program, and as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Anita B. Brody, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She is admitted to practice in California, including before the United States District Courts of the Central and Southern Districts of California.
