Background:

Richard Ceballos is a Deputy District Attorney in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he has practiced law for 21 years. He was awarded the “Pursuit of Justice Award” by the Los Angeles County Criminal Courts Bar Association in recognition of his advocacy before the United States Supreme Court in the case of Garcetti v.
