Charles Cannon

During 19 years of service at UCLA School of Law, Charles Cannon worked with four deans in various administrative capacities, including as project manager on a major building addition, and in the development of fundamental advancement functions: alumni relations, communications, special events, annual giving and large gift cultivation. He also was involved in an advisory capacity in the early 1990s proposal to establish the law school
at UC Irvine.

Caroline Beeson brings academic breadth and philanthropic depth to UCI Law External Affairs. She earned degrees in Near East Studies and South Asian Languages from Cornell, Minnesota and Princeton, after which she served as Director of South Asian Affairs for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of the U.S.-India Business Council. She was President of Delphi International, a non-profit organization providing programs for the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program. She is currently on the Board of Directors of New Majority, the de Angelis Vocal Ensemble and the Princeton Alumni Interview Committee. She has been involved in extensive fund-raising for the Massiah Foundation and The Levine School of Music.

Veronica served 19 years at UCLA School of Law, including 10 years as Financial Aid Director, before becoming the founding Financial Aid Director for the new UC Irvine School of Law. After establishing procedures and coordinating aid and housing for the UCI Law Inaugural Class, she became Assistant Director of Development in November 2009.

Mary Germain joined UC Irvine School of Law in early 2009, after working in various development and event-planning positions. Most recently, she worked at Sage Hill School, Irvine, where she managed external development events and mass solicitations.
