The UC Irvine School of Law Campus

The School of Law is located on the corner of Campus Drive and East Peltason Drive in a campus consisting of three buildings: LAW, EDUCATION, and MPAA (Multipurpose Academic and Administrative building).

The Law School's space plan supports a culture of open communication and community. To that end, where possible seminar rooms and classrooms are adjacent to faculty offices, and the faculty office suites have lounge seating to accommodate waiting students and facilitate impromptu conversations.

With regard to technology, all three buildings have multiple wireless communication access points and every classroom is equipped with laptop-friendly tables. In addition, students welcome the ability to get a snack or an espresso from the food cart and enjoy some sun in the courtyard between classes.

Looking ahead, the vision for the Law School’s physical plant is consistent with the University’s policy of sustainable and eco-friendly building practices – wherever possible, we seek to minimize construction and use local sources for building materials.
