A School Like No Other

Our community is united by the desire to create a very special law school. Integral to this is the small size of the school. Our three classes now have a combined total of about 300 students.  The small size maximizes interaction between students and faculty. It also allows us to help students find the best career path. Students are enthusiastic about pursuing the numerous pro bono opportunities they are offered.

The atmosphere of the school is warm and collegial. Each new student is assigned a mentor from the local legal community, and the students themselves have formed a Community Fellows group to help welcome and mentor each new class. Everyone can play a key role in shaping the school, and students have created numerous organizations, many unique to UCI Law.

Our goal was to create the ideal law school for the 21st century. We have created a school like no other.

From the first day at UCI Law, each student is offered a variety of mentors. Fellow students give guidance about studies and campus activities, and attorneys, judges and other legal professionals provide career counseling.
